Imposible to re-install Lightroom 6 after PC recovery

i had had recover windows 10 applications, included lightroom 6 desktop, eliminated. cannot install lightroom. after y write de serial number, have message: "the serial number valid, cannot found valid product in equipment". offered select other versions of lightroom: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

where mistake? iam doing wrong?

it sounds installing upgrade version of lightroom 6.  interface see asking select older version of lightroom upgraded from, , enter serial number can prove qualify use upgrade.

 

error "this serial number not qualifying product" | cs6, cs5.5, cs5

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
