Elements 14 installation problem

running win 8 on lenovo laptop. elements 13 installed , runs fine.

disabled firewall, virus protection, , connected internet,

 

dl'ed elements 14. part way through install, error message..."cannot connect internet". connected internet.

 

please help.....

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
