Can't update payment today because Adobe Systems are Down...

i not happy, customer service joke, said not , contact them on monday.  really, sorry, have attention now, , now.  won't have on monday, or beyond.  so, if want payment, need let me update now!  or can cancel account because don't have time this, not fault system broken today.
so, why can not update payment information today? , don't give me crap line routine maintenance affecting entire system, bull crap. big adobe is, yeah, walmart saying "we can't take cash"....

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if continues fail try using different browser.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
