Tools panel and panels disappearing

how can indesign not corrected issue tool bars & library windows getting lost every time new or existing id document opened? have re-load both tool bars plus library windows (ie. layers / pages / swatches etc) every time open document. system incompatibility or cliche world wide no-one seems bother complaining about? thank you

it seems machine specific bug. though have indeed heard of similar issue in past releases there no concrete steps available. in meanwhile, can share screenshot showing below scenarios ?

 

1. when no document opened

2. when document opened.

3. preferences>general

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
