Photoshop Elements 10 and a new printer?

i have pc , run off of windows 7.  use pse10.  have not changed monitor, cpu or pse10.

everything fine printing pse10 old printer when developed print head problems, replaced epson xp-630 printer. printer popped fine choice in print window of elements 10 after installing epson printer.  when finish edit of photo , send print command new epson, prints colors "off".  darker , color balance not correct.  when reconnect old printer, correct balance (except print head damaged).  when save photoshop work onto usb drive , put directly new printer, correct color balance , prints fine.  however, using usb limiting in can no longer position work on printer paper have saved in photoshop, have few print sizes available , few photo paper types available choose from.

i have installed, uninstalled , searched drivers , updates 3 times new epson.  each install has gone smoothly.

i have talked epson support , answer was: "the epson prints correctly usb, therefore printer performing correctly.  must problem pse10 recognizing printer.  call adobe."

help!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
