Flash player won't install on my mac

i have macbook running el capitan 10.11.6 (15g31) , not able install flash player.  have downloaded file : adobeflashplayer_22_a_install-7.dmg.  (it reads 7 because have downloaded file numerous times. same thing happens when try open original version). when click on it, window opens:  screen shot 2016-08-20 @ 11.09.10 pm.png , freezes.  nothing happens when click on install button.  have followed trouble-shooting steps.  have had problem long time, before current version of el capitan.  apple customer service can't help.  flash player used update automatically.  stopped , have had problem ever since.   have tried uninstalling flash player , rebooting try fresh start.  no luck.  advice?

do experience behaviour other dmg file? double-clicking dmg file mounts dmg file enabling manipulate files inside.

 

have tried booting safe mode , attempting install in safe mode?

see try safe mode if mac doesn't finish starting - apple support  information on starting computer in safe mode.

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...? InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll
