Can't Update my credit card in the Fomuls and products section of Adobe Creative cloud

hello, lot of persons in forum (your creative cloud subscription needs attention )  i'm having same issue credit card. since last month,each time try update it, it's writing me same message :

 

"warning ! there problem payment made recently. update payment information , receive uninterrupted service."

 

and far know there's nothing wrong visa card (it worked fine last year), consequently chatted online support telling me wait 48h reupdate credit card, of course did, , results same. in clear please fix issue?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
