AMD R9 290 Mercury Playback Engine OpenCL not available
what have check , do, when can't enable mercury playback engine opencl amd r9 290 on windows 10 64bit?
after running gpusniffer.exe in cmd got result:

and, tutorial, tried adding "hawaii" cuda_supported_cards.txt, didn't help.
reinstalling "non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.9.2-sep21"-driver graphicscard didn't help, too.
so else try?
problem number one, r9-200 series not cuda card adding the "cuda_supported_cards.txt" list futile. opencl card , might try adding "opencl_supported_cards.txt" list. if have premiere cs6 use these 2 files may not work. not remember adobe added opencl support. have run r9-280x cc, premiere version:, 9.1.0.174, r9-280x , works equivalently price nvidia card twice gpu acceleration.
you might have disable intel hd 4600 in bios.
