Acrobat Comparison Does Not Work 11.0.17

i trying compare 2 distinct pdf documents, both of are in japanese language.  each document ~20 pages, , has verifiable differences, found simple human review , using examdiff pro.  when try compare these 2 documents (or other japanese documents) receive below error:

once comparison completes, acrobat says no differences found between documents.  see issue in japanese gui version of acrobat (though unsure of version #)

 

has else seen this, , if so, solution -if any?

testing computer of following types:

 

windows 7 professional

4gb ram

2 vcpu

40gb disk space

 

i going attempt same test using trial of acrobat dc, see if issue present in latest release.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
