Windows 10 Update, Photoshop Crashes on Launch

yesterday, 9/26/2016 forced update windows 10. after update photoshop cc 2015.5 not launch , illustrator buggy. can't open file menus, see constant blinking black cursor hourglass, among other issues. know should do? need these programs work.

could please check if similar thread helps fixing problem photoshop cc 2015.5 crashes after launch - win8.1 ?

also ensure have correct graphics card driver installed(for windows 10) on computer.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
