Adobe acrobat DC has stopped working

hi,

 

i using adobe acrobat pro dc version 2015.017.20053 in windows 8.1 os 4gb ram. when using crop tool in pdf page, following error message.

 

"adobe acrobat dc has stopped working problem caused program stop working please close program".

 

i tried below solutions

 

c:\users\username\appdata\local\adobe\acrobat\dc\toolssearchcacheacro

c:\users\username\appdata\local\adobe\acrobat\dc\toolssearchcacherdr

 

but not helpful.

 

 

please me resolve issue. thank you!

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
