Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 updated will not open on on my MacBook Pro with El Capitan OS. I have had a trouble ticket open since 9/6/16 and escalated several times. No one in the entire Adobe organization can help me. Is there another program I can use instead

photoshop cc 2015.0.1 , updated versions not open on on macbook pro el capitan os. have had trouble ticket open since 9/6/16 , escalated several times. no 1 in entire adobe organization can me. insist if works os 10.11.6 (15g1004). there program can use instead of photoshop? must able take eps files , make other formats them. adobe stopping me doing job. there other programs out there, please? paying creative cloud , getting part of service. before purchased creative cloud asked if worked latest mac ok , worked fine, update around 9/6 stopped photoshop opening altogether. please help. desperate!

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
