PE13 - Disk Error Message when initiating Correct Camera Distortion

i have photoshop elements 13... new windows 10 tower 12 gb ram , intel i7 processor.

 

when first installed elements 13, "correct camera distortion" tool worked fine.  suddenly, whenever attempt select tool filter, dropdown window, receive following message:  "photoshop elements 13 editor ...  not complete correct camera distortion command because of disk error."

 

to knowledge, tool/feature has begun fail.  other tools functional photo , other photos.  correct camera distortion tool fails photos, after shutting down , restarting program , after shutting down , restarting computer.

 

is necessary reinstall program correct problem or there solution?

i completed photoshop elements 13.1 update , appears have resolved problem.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
