Choppy video playback when slow mo and speed up

whenever slow down section of clip or speed up, playback becomes choppy , not smooth flowing. fixed when render it? if not, how fix it?

 

also, when i'm trying overlap 2 clips fade 1 clip next, reason, after first clip fades out , second clip fades in, clip becomes dim, goes black, fades in. how fix this? way did it:

 

i put second clip above first clip, put first keyframe @ beginning of 2nd clip set opacity 0. set second keyframe wanted fade complete, set opacity 100. however, when playback, happens.

 

am doing wrong?

 

fyi, i'm using latest version, cs6.

faq: information should provide when asking question on forum?

 

what type of media using , source of these files?

mediainfo - download

 

if these captured videos or recorded mobile phone, please transcode these clips using transcoding application.

handbrake-downloads

 

is issue specific 1 project or happening in of projects?

did check if there update available video drivers?

disabling mercury playback engine makes change? (can disabled in project settings.)

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
