Premiere CC Crashing 2015.4

i did latest update of premiere cc 2015.4 release - v10.4 buddy.

 

all of computers- regardless of related computer- crash in exact same way. software works here , there, of time freezes 20 minutes using (sometimes immediately, 5 minutes) , doesn't allow me force quit. occasionally, when force quit error pops saying "a serious problem has occurred" , close program, doesn't close - program still "...not responding." computer won't shut down because premiere still open , far solution have found force shut down computer.  happening on computers newest version of premiere. have different types of mac computers, , different operating systems. read people having issues el capitan have computer isn't upgraded , has same issues.

 

it's taking me additional days finish projects because of constant freezing , shut downs. else experiencing this? there random file can delete somewhere... have tried obvious troubleshooting things already...and i'm break everything!

wow ... not expected behavior, on mac ... sorry you're having such mess of time. in general, el capitan launch issues past folks now. said, major crash issues, seem more macs pcs posting around here.

 

have tried official adobe support ... either 'live chat' or phone? kevin-monahan notes, someone, ask 'video queue' make sure have video-experienced person.

 

and perhaps, having been "pinged", kevin pop in knows ton more mac things , of course prpro inside tech stuff do.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
