installer app won't open in os sierra because of license revoked

hello,

i got new imac , when dowloaded installer cs5 standard won't let me use installer app because of adobe license revoked

what do?

if license revoked there not can do.  if license not revoked getting message indicating is, try contacting adobe support thru chat , see if can check status of serial number trying use.

 

chat support - link below click still need help? option in blue area @ bottom , choose chat option...

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
