How Do I Find Banners that fit 1280 X 460?

i'm trying make website designs, , love able find photos or images on adobe stock photo fit typical dimensions banner images on web sites - 1 i'm looking find variety of images 1280 x 460 pixels.  can tell me have type search bar find these?  thanks!

filtering images specific pixel dimension not possible can select related orientation filter bar on top (once select image type - click on 3 bullet points appear display filter menu).

but yes, 1 need run across different images view pixel rate , choose accordingly.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
