Photoshop 2015 CC Blank dialogs Options Text Missing

i've been trying use photoshop cc 2015 (already paid since september 2015) , can’t use program. window 8 64-bit os.

all dialog panels blank screen shot (8-24-2016). adobe support not -- can you?

  1. i've installed via app download @ least 8 times. uninstalled many times.
  2. i've run administrator.
  3. i have entire segoe ui family of fonts 16 of them.
  4. i have gone through every step suggested @ blank dialogs or text missing gui, adobe acrobat , reader.
  5. i have been on phone adobe support 6 hours while operated os remotely .... (he) not fix , never came solution. that's sad!
  6. still (screen shot below of  smart sharpen dialog panel) when opening photoshop cc. preferences dialog panel , others same.... blank text!

i'm using lightroom cc 2015, indesign cc 2015 , bridge cc 2015 , ps cs5 , dialog panels work fine in apps.

 

any ideas fix? or, should content older cs5?

have tried resetting preferences? uninstalling , reinstalling may not reset them, unless checked in uninstall process.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
