Not enough RAM error when adding a filter

i have 16 gb ram , 1tb memory on toshiba satellite ssd.

i'm running 64 version of photoshop

i've set preference settings 80% 8 cache

i've run cache clean up

i've restarted laptop since new settings

i've cleared standby memory

and still photoshop comes saying i've not enough ram add pixelating crystalize filter project !

 

i've done far bigger projects 1 tons of filters added , never ever had message.

please me reach deadlines.

yes seem odd lotte.  assuming using windows toshiba, can version?

 

it might if showed system information.  open photoshop, , go help > system info > copy , paste thread.

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
