My CC 2015 Bridge doesn't show consistent image dimensions that my students send me.

i teach 5 7 blocks of digital photography high school students. 1 of first assignments learn cropping. give them set of images different cropping problems , ask them crop them using variety of criteria. submit images me in folders through our network. when open thumbnails in bridge cc 2015 , @ image should cropped 8x10 see in thumbnail data 5.3" x 6.6" @ 230 ppi or 3.0" x 2.4" @300 ppi. of course there many other dimensions , ppi none 8x10! possible change settings on bridge program can see intended crop size students tried crop image to? don't want have them change ppi common number or solution?

are cropping them 8"x10" or using ratio? i'm guessing latter, why don't 8x10.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
