I want to renew my teacher subscription, but i cannot connect to update my payment method


i received message last week :

 

your creative cloud membership expire on 09/18/2016. hope you've been making of creative cloud has offer. extend membership, please update billing information account, or add prepaid card.

the problem cannot connect using url, spins indefinetly...are systems down?
