Adobe Creative Design Suite 6 Design Standard - Reverting Back To Trial Mode

i'm working on macbook pro, late 2011, os x el capitan 10.11.6.

 

i've been using cs6 design standard 6; photoshop, illustrator , indesign since 2012, installed them via cd, have box , everything, , have been happily using these products years no problems ever.

 

dun, dun, dun...until now, went open photoshop clicking on .psd document had been working on , of sudden window asking if want start 30 day trial or license software, close , check other programs find same thing has happened, has reverted trial mode.

 

creative cloud hasn't helped either, doesn't show updates , i've been trying find solutions online nothing seems answer specific problem, , haven't contacted customer support yet because i'm typing out of business hours. many people cs6 part of livelihood , fix appreciated.

if happened mix creative cloud in machine @ point, part of problem.  mentioned it, sounds might have.

 

how prevent creative cloud taking on cs6 perpetual license?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
