Wrong Output dimensions

i have 1920x1080 original file

output set 1920x1080

quicktime .mov w h.264 encoder because need rgb+alpha output

this worked before last upgrade did, renders out in 4x3 aspect ratio instead of 16x9

any ideas can fix.  if force resize 1920x1080 still same

where video going to? further editing? if so, can render out of ae , save trouble.

 

please give more details on workflow , show full screen shots of doing step step , can you.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
