Print Templates misinterpretted after Windows 10 upgrade

after upgrading windows 10 8.1, in lightroom 6 names of previous print templates appear in template browser, settings not read properly; page sizes wrong, icc profile missing, etc. in c:\users\ken\appdata\roaming\adobe\lightroom\print templates, text in template files seems specify previous settings correctly. thankfully, backed on external drive.

 

how lr6 read settings in previous template files? of course, prefer not have deal each print template individually.

please reset lightroom preferences default , check if helps.

 

press shift + option keys after restart lightroom, , select reset preferences resulting dialog box.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
