I have downloaded trial version of Lr6 but unable to open sony .ARW files?

im looking purchase lr6, downloaded trial unable import sony a7ii (firmware 2.1) .arw files program, not support file format? file seems unsupported

 

am able download later version trial?  why adobe painful?

the sony a7 ii supported in lr6 (added in lr 5.7.1) a7r ii not added until 6.1.1, simple update might if mean a7r ii , not a7 ii - didn't give exact lr version. go > updates.

 

you can download latest lrcc trial page (i think you'll have first intall cc desktop app):

adobe creative cloud desktop apps | adobe creative cloud

 

unfortunately, latest version isn't available direct download (see page more). looks adobe might change mind , bring direct download packages, hasn't happened yet:

adobe ships cc 2015.5 release – stops direct download links? | prodesigntools

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
