Fireworks CS5 does not come up as a default option

i've searched through these forums , none of answers apply me. had fireworks 8 installed , bought , installed cs5. not default choice in windows select fireworks cs5 default open jpeg files. went registry things suggested years ago in forum have not applied me. uninstalled fw 8 , nothing windows photos comes default option. fw cs5 doesn't appear. illustrator , dreamweaver come options no sign of fw.  when open dreamweaver cs5 , click on image can select open - fw cs5. have administrative privileges.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
