CPU , GPU for AE/Premiere/C4D - help needed

newbie animation, lot of questions on figuring out work station.i have compiled questions.please help. building pc research institute, , going animator @ least few years. since

i quite new animation. think 6700k setup suffice 2 years come, till develop skills requires more high end work station.

my usage:

- cinema 4d

- after effects

- premiere pro

- rendering in 3 above. looking cpu & gpu, equally in 3 softwares above.

- 0 gaming

- not done overclocking far. no plans of now. have not ruled out though. take call based on discussion.

- gtx 970 have planned gpu.  gtx 970 / 1060 6 gb of same price, whereas 980ti and  1070 twice price.  want gpu able handle gpu render software, in case if opt go it. usage dont think

sli ever come consideration 2 years, or so?

- usage of ssd of reduce render times? if not usage of ssd, apart quick boot of os?

- thinking of going 32 gb ram on 64gb motherboard.so if needed can increase later on. ok, if use 2 ram slots 32 gb ram? utilized softwares , processor?

my understanding c4d uses cpu rendering , gpu viewport performance.

i read in cgdirector website that,

"many cinema 4d features deformers, generators, cloners, calculated on processor using single-core. want fastest possible single-core speed. intel 4790k , 6700k both have 4 ghz and

some more turbo ghz make viewport fast possible."

- line true? in case should go

         1) i7 6700k , inclined more towards one, price wise , performance wise same above in cases.

        2) 3.3 ghz, 6 core,15mb cache 12 thread i7 -5820k  - bit costlier setup than  i7 6700k. worth it?

        3) or xeon e5-2670 16 core/32 thread setup.is worth getting setup? have catch friends coming usa india, possible. point performance better i7

6700k 3 softwares?

in other scenarios having more threads useful cinema 4d/ae/premiere pro?

say after 2 years, need upgrade in processor, socket future proof lga 2011 v3 or lga 1151?

i having i5-4460 /16 gb ram/ set up, can use team render in c4d along 6700k.

after effects makes great use of cache. ideal ae hard drive setup ssd os , programs (for fast boot , program loading), ssd dedicated ae's cache, , large hard drive store footage.

premiere similar in uses scratch disks. on main freelance workstation, have ssd that's there premiere , ae use cache/scratch disks.

yes. although, in r16, maxon introduced new core cinema 4d planning build on in future. more , more things in cinema 4d starting multithreaded. however, when comes rendering cinema 4d scene, use every bit of horsepower machine has across of cores.

there no reason xeon processor unless getting 2 xeon processors. equivalent i7 faster less money.
