Background fill image shuts down in MUSE 2015.2

hello,

 

i have updated muse cc 2015.2

 

windows pc

windows 10 (latest updates)

nvidia gtx960m

16gb ram

 

i trying add background fill image frame located on page mobile device. have included snapshot of error message. read there similar issue mac in feb sometime , recommendation change view option of file location prior dropping in, makes no difference.

 

this has started since latest update. kinda need function me job. couldn't find contact let adobe muse cc team know issue. if has work around that'd awesome!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
