After Effects CC 2015.3 Multiple Errors

i can't believe there no live (chat or phone) money pay adobe cc. unacceptable!

 

i getting multiple error messages every time try open project in ae. font errors. mask errors. errors have no idea are.

i have purchased , downloaded 2 after effects projects envato market tested , approved envato , used hundreds of

users no similar issues reported.

 

thanks forum members since adobe seems unavailable paying customers.

there is. i've done many times. contact customer care . once finish toggle menus have window saying "still needs help"
