Problems with Mozilla Firefox and tutorial videos

firefox won't let me watch illustrator teaching videos. gives me error message saying "your internet connection not safe" when click on play button. "the certificate not trusted because issuer certificate unknown." "error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer". says tv.adobe.com using invalid safety certificate. i'm able add exception , evade problem time there's no button that. mozilla's pages suggested should check website ssl labs' test page didn't tell me if there no chain issues. how fix this?

i going might better off on adobe tv forum it's... uh... kinda dead.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
