Legacy and Colour corruption

hi,

a few questions.
1. have downloaded latest illustrator , when save files prompt says saving legacy , may lose content. there nothing in adobe manual says legacy is. did browsw outside of adobe , appears legacy may old software,? correct? how latest download  older version? see first pic

2. click ok , open file again , horizon corrupted> see pic

3. try , repair colour on colour fill spectrum , tou can see although colour spectrum shows purple fill swatch shows grey tint. , can't change colour although layer ?object selected & document rgb. see pic>capture3.jpg

summary>
i don't know if problem related "legacy" prompt or whether have 2 big problems of colour corruption in objects , being given outdated software.

 

any clues appreciated, thanks

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
