Unwanted automatic black and white conversion?

adobe automatically converting pdfs black , white when open them documents color test and/or color images/charts/tables backed out. started happening, had viewed pdfs without problems. how change conserve information within pdf?

there no feature in acrobat (or reader) automatically convert colors in pdf files monochrome. else must going on here.

 

is symptom of pdf files opening or pdf files newly creating?

 

what viewing pdf files in? acrobat? reader? version on platform?

 

perhaps can post sample pdf file supposed “automatic black , whit conversion” occurring such can check out here @ adobe?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
