repeatedly being asked to sign on on launching app

don't know if can help. trying launch new app (i have others) have been cc , downloaded it, when click on it asks me sign in do, says hit continue use app. when takes me please sign in page , cycle repeats itself.

 

as far can see creative cloud account signed in , have latest version of app - premoer pro

 

any advice welcomed.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
