Indesign CS6 Re-install

recently due previous problem cs3 web premium uninstalled in design cs6, both have been running past 2 years.

adobe tech tried (and failed) cs3 problem had me uninstall indesign.

now cannot load correctly.

it install when try launch product.

first box comes has 2 options, connect later or validate, if click validate get

if click retry goes round loop again.

if click connect later closes , cannot use indesign

 

if click more details link takes me page asking request code.

i have no idea is.

check hosts file.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
