Greyed out images in import with photos I took TODAY

this second day in row has happened.

(i'm worried these 2 days, freeze other day because of new update).

 

when went import photos took today, of images greyed out if duplicates.

this impossible, seeing took images today only, , plugged in card reader.

i'm going restart program right now, see if helps.

 

any other suggestions?

this shouldn't happen i'd strongly advise change setting in camera restarts numbering every time. low numbers in file names, looks have set start @ 0 every time insert blank card. bad idea leads software thinking has image.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
