Problems with activating Photoshop CS3


hello everyone,

 

a client of ours, trying install he's photoshop cs3 on hes new computer (a brand new - out of box lenovo laptop). encountered problem when tried activate software. unable connect activation server regardless of tried.

 

prior photoshop, had installed acrobat pro, went through fine.

 

we added photoshop firewall ensure had connection internet (which working fine, connected through teamviewer).

 

currently photoshop running 30-day trial mode.

 

we've tried steps in link (where applicable cs3):

advanced solutions connection errors adobe creative cloud , creative suite applications

 

is cs3 activation servers down?

 

any suggestions appreciated.

kindly let know if adobe photoshop cs 3 client has stand alone version product or part of full adobe creative suite 3, along let know operating system , version of clients machine.

 

as have mentioned have tried steps given here advanced solutions connection errors adobe creative cloud , creative suite applications, confirm kindly let know if have tried reset hosts file well?
