Distiller opens and closes when launching certain applications

hello.

 

i'm experiencing issue our adobe acrobat 11.0.17 installation in regards distiller component.

 

the issue i'm experiencing on devices in our business when launching applications (e.g. ibm personal communications), distiller opens , visible 10 seconds , closes itself.

 

i've tried capture events using procmon , can see it's acrotray.exe somehow being triggered launching distiller. if acrotray.exe not running, distiller doesn't open either.

 

have experienced issues , know how resolve it?

 

thanks in advance.

i've done testing , happens though don't install acrobat our custom .mst file or update latest version it's base v11 installation.

 

i've been informed others have had similar issue , resolved "cleaning msi registrations", details unfortunately unknown @ time.

 

any or thoughts appreciated.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
