Photoshop Elements 14 contact sheet freezes

i have read thread how fix problem photoshop elements 14 freezing when try create contact sheet @ link: printing contact sheets in pse 14 mac

 

the thread says problem has been answered when try have contact sheet print out file names freezes , deleting preferences file not help. when able create and  print contact sheet without file names deleting preferences file suggested , did solve problem not when tried include file names. advice?

which version of mac os x using?

 

does matter font chose caption?

 

there should choice of 3 different fonts.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
