Monitor crash using Premiere Pro CS6

i'm using premiere pro cs6 on windows 7 x 64 pro intel core i7-4770k cpu @ 3.50 ghz & 16 gb ram. when exporting media mpeg-2 dvd, monitor (samsung syncmaster 2253bw) crashes around 20% processed point. shortly after system shuts down , reboots.

the media exporting shy of 25 minutes long.

so far i've done following: 

 

windows experience rating of 7.0/7.9
windows update current

uninstalled & reinstalled both intel hd graphics 4600 & nvidia quadro 2000 (twice – once in safe mode & once in standard)

ran disc check errors – none.

cleared premiere pro media cache & media cache files folders

tried exporting nothing else running

 

to add mystery, cheesy little laptop (1.8 ghz & 6 gb ram) processed file fine, slow.

any on appreciated.

disable intel hd graphics card , try again.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
