Can you use the Customization Wizard to install an updated version of Acrobat 11 Pro?

so firstly issue have here we've been using customized installer acrobat pro xi been fine until recently, except every new update since 11.0.15 gets error when trying install on current install. 11.0.16 , 17 seems corrupt install extent (program still works error product not being found if try run update patch). i've found if totally fresh install of acrobat without our customized package can install 11.0.0 , patch 11.0.17 , works fine. have figure out way push fix 250 computers...

 

so question is, can use customization wizard create install package install latest patch? i'm not terribly familiar wizard cool if point file in directory , hey run after acrobat 11.0.0 installed. thing? have set various customized settings i'm hoping use newest ver of customization wizard , create new package scratch updates acrobat in process , somehow solve problem current install package. save me lot of time in trying uninstall , reinstall acrobat scratch on every machine. otherwise guess i'd have write batch file initiating several commands (uninstall, install 11.0.0, install newest patch)

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
