Animate CC - HTML5 Canvas displaying intermittently on Chrome

hello,

 

have created several html5 animations using adobe animate, work okay in browsers, display intermittently on chrome, i've checked on several pc's , mac's latest version of chrome.

 

sometimes works, if refresh page doesn't show.

 

- have tried adding element s on frame 1

- i have unchecked combine spritesheets

 

i getting same issue on several sites

pea green boats home - pea green boats (animation in first section)

i tested links, , while see green background in first link animation should be, second link works fine. tried multiple times.

 

i don't have solution, thought share observation.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
