Unable to print pdf files in Acrobat Pro DC

several users having issues printing not working in adobe.  can print word, excel, not pdf files adobe.  adobe pdf printer randomly stops working these same people.  computer's acted fine, until upgraded professional x dc?  stopping , restarting print spooler work, reboot going again.  btw, running on windows 7 pro.

 

happens if:

the user has more 1 pdf open.  closing 1 want print helps.

finds interesting cannot print pdf shared file location can go internet location same file , print fine.

you might try following steps:

1- disable protected view- launch acrobat>navigate edit>preferences>security (enhanced)>select off under protected view , click ok. relaunch acrobat , see if works.

i mention disabling protected view troubleshooting purpose , not recommended, please turn feature on after finishing troubleshooting.

2- if doesn't work, try follow step given in link: troubleshoot pdf printing in acrobat , reader

3- if step 2 doesn't work, remove preferences users.

    close acrobat dc, go c:\users\your username\appdata\roaming\adobe\acrobat\acrobat version, move entire [acrobat version] folder other location temp folder .

  view temp folder, press windows+ r key on keyboard, type temp in run dialogue box press enter.

  if app data folder not visible under user name, launch windows explorer click organize in top left corner of screen>then click folder , search options>under view>hidden files , folders, click show hidden files, folders , drives>then click apply , ok, launch acrobat again , check if printing without issue.

4- if step 3 doesn't work, try repair acrobat installation, under menu>select repair installation.

 

could please let me know kind of environment have?

is there error message getting when trying print?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
