Unable to Load/Edit Lightroom edited images in Photoshop CC 2015

i'm using brand new i5 16gb laptop running up-to-date windows 10. have latest lightroom , photoshop updates installed unable load (from lightroom) copy lightroom adjustments photoshop. happens when click appropriately on image in lightroom photoshop opens but, that's it. image never gets loaded. have checked out preferences , pretty sure correctly configured. appreciate suggestions how can solve problem. many thanks.

is started happening after latest update lightroom. please close both photoshop , lightroom , reset lightroom preferences default.

 

press shift + option keys after restart lightroom, , select reset preferences resulting dialog box.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
