Please Help with Pattern

i trying create patterns out of images purchased in adobe stock. example. santa hat. want create seamless pattern of bunch of little santa hats on various background colors. starting out simple white background. have watched many videos on how create pattern. problem 2 things. 1. not fill whole page , when select whole page , try fill new pattern swatch nothing happens. 2. if try save pattern did show despite fact not stretch across whole page, not save. goes 1 image of santa hat. have tried multiple times , frustrated. hoping can me.

version of illustrator? pattern has changed in later versions.

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
