Closed Captions bad in TV station scope

hi,

 

i create hd , sd version of same program sent out multiple tv stations broadcast. closed captions typed in movie captioner 1.9.7. creates 608 captions (.scc). put them caption maker 6.5.0 output 708 caption file (.mcc). next, put them premiere pro 2015.4 on timeline of hd edit. output premiere pro through media encoder 2015.4. file create mxf op1a preset xdcam hd 50 ntsc 30p. captions "embedded".

 

here report station 708 captions error.

 

"captions on sony monitor. on scope captions have missing words or misspelled. captions garbled. typically when see of particular nature captions, there packet errors in headers 708 data. data exist describe color, font, size, etc. recommend caption legalizer. i’m not sure of workflows, there solutions eeg either baseband (cb 515) or file-based (filepro ccplay) suggest investigating."

 

we looked legalizer option. extremely expensive , requires more money each year maintenance.

 

my question "how premiere pro or media encoder work not have scope errors?"

 

i don't see errors when checking on monitors in office. don't know how adjust settings not have "scope errors" in premiere pro or media encoder 708 captions. don't see ways adjust in movie maker or caption maker fix these issues.

when "scope errors", safe assume referring tektronix or harris waveform monitor/rasterizer?

 

can list error is? have same or similar problem, , error "cea708 sequence error", shows thousands of times 24 min clip. specific error relates screwed in transport layer. premiere spitting out garbage (regardless of input), , we've been banging our heads against wall weeks trying figure out.

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
