Premiere 2015.3 spikes to high CPU usage and won't playback video

hi,

 

i'm having bit of issue where, scrub through video in premiere or start editing, cpu usage premiere spikes between 85-97% , won't let me playback video after that. have force quit task manager shut down. other functions in program still work while happens, though.

 

i had similar happen couple months ago when using 2015.4, though accompanied memory leak warning. fix downgrade 2015.3. issue has come in 2015.3 without memory leak warning.

 

i've tried reinstalling premiere, upgrading 2015.4, downgrading 2015, trashing preferences, unchecking sync settings, starting new sequence, starting new project.

 

i'm editing 4k prores footage in 1080 sequence, footage has been set frame size. i've made new sequence @ 4k nothing scaled down, issue still persisted.

 

i've been editing in project past week or so, , have had no issues until , haven't done differently.

 

my specs are:

 

windows 10 pro 64 bit

version 1607

amd fx(tm)-8350 eight-core processor 4.00 ghz

8 gb ram

nvidia geforce gtx 970

 

i've updated windows , graphics drivers.

any appreciated.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
