Photoshop Elements 12 says that my new printer is not compatible !?

hi all!

i running pse12 on 64 bit windows 10. old canon pixma ip4600 'died' , have bought new canon pixma ip7250. having uninstalled old printer , made new printer 'standard', pse12 doesn't want print anymore, exact error message this:

 

the saved printer information not compatible version of photoshop elements, or saved printer no longer available. need check printer settings before printing.

 

my old printer of course no longer available, how make new printer 'saved printer' (assuming problem)? help, please. thanks!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
