opm File [subscription reverts to trial]

i've had adobe creative cloud time now, it's been acting lately. said had trial version 7 days left use each app once started. though sighed it still said had trial version. once ran out of trial time wouldn't open unless verified account. did got stuck in loop of verifying, saying verifying account , closing out window , starting verifying again on , over.

 

i looked online , in forums talked opm file , how had deleted dug computer, closed out application using relating adobe , deleted opm file (i think). still can't open premier pro though without getting in loop of verification auto opens , closed in 2 seconds.

 

any appreciated. bought creative cloud , having tough time dealing this. thank you.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
