Forgot to deactivate the creative suite before formatting the computer

hello.

 

i forgot deactivate cs6 creative suite product computer before formatting whole system. able re-install product planning install on second computer , afraid if it's not possible. possible deactivate product afterwards? assume allowed install product on 2 computers.

you need contact adobe support thru chat when available , ask them reset activations.  not ask else or send these forums no 1 can that.  chat not manned on weekends.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

you can have 2 machines activated installations @ given time.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
