Error 1935 When Installing Acrobat Pro XI

hello. receiving following error while trying install acrobat pro xi:

 

adobe acrobat xi pro (11.0.17)

error 1935. error occurred during installation of assembly component

{9718bf1d-6a9f-3406-a992-630f7ef2f164}

hresult: 0x80070308

 

this occurring across our enterprise on machines. tried 11.0.16 , latest patch. has worked years until beginning of week , has failed on @ least 50 machines. also, on few machines aware of, working version of acrobat pro (update 13) no longer installed. guess either symantec (they broke firefox on last weekend) or patch microsoft, although no patches released on weekend within our environment. has else experienced this?

acrobat or reader installation fails giving error 1935 on windows

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
